Menus

Menus can be tailormade to a client’s wishes, with prices ranging from £65 to £140 per person, with some menus including canapés and a Champagne aperitif. As a sample only, our nahm aharn, or traditional Thai meal, costs £65 per person and includes the following (note vegetarian options are also available):

ma hor: minced prawns and chicken simmered in palm sugar with deep fried shallots, garlic and peanuts, served on pineapple and mandarin

mii grop: crispy thai noodles with shallots, pickled garlic, prawns and bean sprouts

yam pak: salad of assorted thai vegetables dressed with tamarind,
palm sugar and sesame seeds

geng jeut ruam mitr: clear soup of chicken, squid, dried prawns and water chestnuts

nahm prik nuum: grilled chiang mai chilli relish served with trout and lemongrass, pork crackling and herbs

geng gari gai: aromatic curry of chicken and potatoes with cucumber relish

plaa meuk pat tua: stirfried squid with its ink and sugar snap peas

korng warn: a selection of Thai desserts
